On the 24th of February 2022, Wellwoud submitted a sample of our Agarwood essential oil to the Bioaromatic Research Centre University Malaysia Pahang.

The study was conducted through a gas chromatographic analysis which provided valid insight into the quality of Wellwoud oils.

The conclusion of this study is that the oud oil used in our products have a high concentration of sesquiterpenoids (37.64%) and chromones (20.77%). This proves that our oils have the appropriate makeup to have a strong woody oud scent without any additives. There were no adulterants found in the oil either which made it clear that the oud oil was pure.
